mission statement
The EUA is a liaison between the English Department, graduates, and undergraduates. The Board Members of the English Undergraduate Association are dedicated to thinking critically about how to improve our organization and make it more inclusive. Our organization, and the English Department at large, are committed to building a more inclusive and accurate representation of English literature. To do so, we are working to deconstruct the patriarchal, eurocentric, heterocisnormative, and ableist conceptions that the literary canon is built upon. We welcome your thoughts and feedback as we work towards this goal.
